Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days after delivery, provided that:
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
  • Used or opened pet grooming items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
